Love this watch. However, purchased in Dec 2020 and by Jan 2022 the crystal, while sitting in a chair, made a loud glass sound and cracked/fell out of the watch. I sent it off for repairs and paid $37.89 only to have the watch do it again in September (9 months later). Again I was just sitting still in a chair and the glass made several "glass on glass" sounds and then split in half. I have had 2 other Skagen watches in the past that did the exact same thing. They were replaced for free by Skagen and have not done that since (going on 15 years now). This watch, however, was designated to be "repaired" (at cost to me) by Skagen in Dallas, instead of being replaced by Skagen. I will be contacting them once again.Nice looking watch leather band feels great.Unfortunately it fell out of my hand on a tile floor and the glass shattered to pieces…did not expect that from a company like Skagen…First Skagen, love it. Simple styling, great time-keeping. Has a secondary time zone subdial for quick conversions. Band is very comfortable. No instructions, but you don't really need them. The crown operates the main hands which coordinate with the top subdial. So this basically shows you the hour in 24hr format. The two pusher buttons advance and retard the bottom subdial for your secondary time zone. Tap for ticks, hold for quick movement.The watch looks nice, but the lens cracked after two weeks of use. I would not have been disappointed if I had dropped it or something of that nature, but I literally set it on a carpet next to my bed when I went to sleep and woke up to a broken watch. I noticed that I’m not the first person to mention something similar. I read the review and assumed the person was most likely lying to get a new watch (and dropped it on the concrete or something). I am extremely disappointed, I do not expect a 120$ watch to spontaneously shatter without me doing anything to it. I am going to see if I can return it (I’m the type of person that doesn’t return stuff when it’s my fault), bc honestly this is so ridiculous. Beware this watch is prone to randomly cracking or very fragile. I believe it has to do with how the face interacts with the lens (design issue). If I get my money back I’m not sure I will buy another skagen watch (or at least buy a cheaper one to check if it was just that one watch). I really like the look on my wrist (better looking in person), but honestly I would never buy a watch this fragile.Great watch at a great price. Skagen always knocks it out of the park and this may be my favorite Skagen yet. Minimalist face with on a beautiful background and great mesh band.Love the watch but the band clasp does not stay locked and frequently opens causing the watch to fall off. Disappointing purchase.Can't say I'm impressed by this watch compared to the quality, fit and finish of the Skagen I bought 5 or 6 years ago. It looks and feels cheap from top to bottom. It seems that Skagen has chased too many cost savings and cut too many corners the last couple of years.I wouldn't buy this watch again nor suggest it to anyone other than someone I didn't like.Beautiful Watch!Great watch overall and happy with the purchase. Looks great, and fits well (after I made some adjustments, the strap is quite long and different in style than most). Love the curved crystal (glass) on the face giving it that retro look.My only issues with the watch are that the crystal does seem to scratch easily, which is a shame as it does protrude out from the casing and will get worse over time. My other issue is just that the watch is very light, despite it's size. This could be a positive for some, but I do wish it felt more substantial.Watch starp quality can be better per barnd style. It is delicate and can't last long.Got as birthday gift from my wife.... loving the product
