I have a 95 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and I was getting a 'shudder' under acceleration that I thought was the rear differential. The transmission (E4OD) had been overhauled about 30K miles ago, but it tends to lose a little fluid as I do mostly all highway driving at 75 mph or more.
